Profile requested:

• Degree in Architecture or Technical Architecture.
• Thorough knowledge of the real estate industry in his/her geographical area.
• Good knowledge of elements assessment either new development or refurbishing projects.
• Knowledge of the administrative-red tape handling processes within the different public entities.
• Real estate property assessment and expertise.
• Good level of English.
• High command of computer skills in order to carry out the requested works.
• Accustomed to deal with the different players involved in the building and real estate sector.
